This role requires an exceptional individual who is an influencer, intellectually curious, analytical, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a self-starter to join our team as Data Program Manager . This role is a highly visible individual contributor position central to the continued growth, efficiency, and success of Walmart Connect . The role will have exposure across Product , Engineering, S ales and M arketing teams within Walmart Connect . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and data analytics with a understanding of retail /media industry.
Roles Specific Responsibilities
- Navigate with influence and d evelop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, to understand data and reporting needs for standardized reporting across the company .
- Be a activist program manager and articulate data life cycle and business intelligence narrative with ease.
- E ffectively plan, organize, and direct the completion of complex projects while managing risks and issues to minimize scope, budget, and schedule impacts.
- Provide structure and guidance to manage, motivate, and hold accountable project leads and team members to execute on priorities.
- Facilitate recurring project team meetings, including relevant meeting presentation material, to focus and accelerate project execution.
- Communicate project strategy, updates, escalation of risks/issues timely , and with a level of detail and format appropriate to the audience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years’ experience in data analytics or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree with 2+(or bachelor’s degree with 5+) years of professional work experience in operations research, marketing analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Experience in managing analytical/quantitative programs in retail, media, consulting, advertising industry is a strong plus
- Experience with schema design, data modeling and SQL queries is a plus
- Experience designing, implementing reporting solutions and data pipeline development is a plus
- S trong spreadsheet and presentation skills with an exceptional ability to communicate new ideas and findings
- Experience and passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment, delivering functional features in small time durations
- Thrives under pressure, balancing multiple workstreams and priorities

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
