Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and execute 4-10 campaigns at a time for a portfolio of major CPG and beauty brands, ensuring deadlines are hit, deliverables are completed, etc.
- Drive execution on projects, ensuring seamless execution on deliverables
- Able to articulate business requirements of the account – both external and internal to ensure projects are running on schedule
- Maintain reliable and accurate pipeline projections
- Support the full lifecycle of a project from New Business/Strategy/Planning to Execution/Wrap
- Ensure deliverables and timelines are communicated effectively to all stakeholders
- Serve as subject matter expert
- Manage existing relationships within the digital influencer community (MCN’s, Talent Agencies, Content Creators, Media Platforms, etc.)
- Provide client service administration including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls and compiling competitor coverage
- Own the creation of influencer contracts with a strong knowledge in Federal Trade Commission Guidelines (FTC) and standard deal points
- In conjunction with internal partners and agencies, contribute content ideas that can express appropriate key brand messaging points in ways that can resonate with the targeted consumer and demographic
- Negotiate with influencers for campaigns and brand programs.
- Participate in the brainstorming of Influencers (Digital & Social) for relevant programs
- Responsible for conducting relevant research and vetting influencer candidates (against criteria, for competitive partnerships, looking at upcoming projects, utilizing existing databases, etc.).
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends and influencers
- Collaborate with internal business practices across all disciplines to identify project opportunities for new and existing clients
- Bring a network of partners and potential client connections
- Understand internal operations and inter-team cooperation
- Actively participate in agency brainstorm sessions, on topics and clients, throughout the organization
- Consistently fielding and building pitch decks for potential new business opportunities and existing agency cliental
- Strategically identify Influencers (Digital & Social) for brand campaigns and programs, in a way that helps maximize ROI and will hit brand KPIs. Influencer (Social & Digital)
- Dashboard Database – stay current on ongoing updates to our influencer database that will alleviate the need to draft new slides when we recommend influencers & talent
- Manage and develop junior level teammates
- Lead by example; demonstrate proven strong work ethic
- Manage down, across and up by working closely with staff and peers
- Demonstrate professional behaviors and pursuit of excellence in all operations
- Educate UEG colleagues and sister agencies on the latest news within the digital influencer landscape
- Team Meeting Schedule – to discuss who needs help and how we can support each other
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Understand key client information including business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors
- Proven ability to manage large projects and small teams on one or more sizable accounts
- Experience identifying and securing Influencers (Digital & Social) for brand campaigns
- Stay on top of trends and plugged into the digital community Strong relationships with influencer representatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and demonstrated ability to delegate tactical assignments and accurately judge and edit work of others
- Ability to think creatively on your feet and take initiative to improve or create effective processes
- Strong industry contacts a must (agents, managers, publicists, and attorneys, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and written and oral communications skills
- Experience managing the creation and negotiation of influencer contracts with a strong knowledge in Federal Trade Commission Guidelines (FTC) and standard deal points
- Familiar with best practice integrated Communications Marketing tactics and tools and will be able to recommend them to his/her clients
- Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver quality recommendations

PAY RANGE: $52,000 – $78,000
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
