Job Description

The Corporate Recruiter, Technology will identify, recruit, screen, and present vetted, viable candidates for Information Technology and Data & Analytical positions, collaborating with key stakeholders, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; by leading a Recruiting Strategy Intake meeting.
  • Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for all technology positions.
  • Schedule weekly status update meetings with hiring managers to keep them apprised of open requisition
  • Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Partner with Talent Brand Marketing to identify strategies for marketing open positions
  • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
  • Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
  • Network with Campus Recruiter to leverage new grads for entry level positions within IT
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Brand & Marketing Ambassador with targeted campaigns in attracting talent

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT organizational structures and functions, including but not limited to departmental hierarchies, reporting lines, and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Proven track record supporting various IT roles, including application development, security, data and analytics, and infrastructure.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience implementing resourceful and strategic solutions in sourcing and recruiting for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Ability to build trusted partnership with key stakeholders and influence candidate selection
  • Excellent offer negotiation skills and control of the candidate experience and process.
  • Ability to assess talent with strong differentiation, choosing the best talent to move forward
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills & Computer Applications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2-4 years in IT recruiting experience either in-house or with a Staffing Agency
  • Proficiency with MS suite to include MS Teams

Pay range for this position is $65k – $110k / year.
