This role is responsible for the co-ordnation and management of activities core to the Inclusion, Diversity & Philanthropy team. This new position will help bring together key initiatives, track actions and spend, whilst also building communication and co-ordination through our extended team of internal Champions.
Responsibilities:
- Working across the I&D and Philanthropy team to support goals, initiatives and planning.
- Tracking actions and spend against initiatives, plus providing interface on queries to external partners.
- Managing internal communication platforms on behalf of the team, including zConnect and Teams sites that enable content sharing with internal Champions.
- Sharing ideas that help to advance existing outreach and philanthropy partnerships.
- Supporting team with key projects, ensuring items are on track and KPIs measured.
- Preparing key data points and updates that enable tracking of progress against Company-wide I&D Goals.
- Providing first line of support for internal questions relating to I&D and Philanthropy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years as a client facing HR partner supporting call center or other technical services functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of building effective working relationships with senior management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to present concepts and recommendation to all levels of management
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
- PHR certification preferred

Salary: USD 56700.00 – USD 85100.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
