JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for efficiently and accurately performing cashiering transactions for guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Settles customer checks accurately.
- Properly complete all cash or credit transactions as necessary.
- Maintains knowledge of menu items, prices and the ability to describe all specials.
- Provides an excellent customer service atmosphere for all guests.
- Performs necessary side work and maintain a clean and orderly work space.
- Ensures bank is returned to Cage at completion of each shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to push, pull, bend, lift and walk intermittently.
- Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
