Job Title: Manager Data Analysis (multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Manage a team that performs analytics, identifies insights, and makes recommendations to business management. Manage the development of standard data analyses, reports, and dashboards. Telecommuting and/or working from home is permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years of experience in a Financial Systems Manager; Technology Development Manager or related occupation.
Position required skills: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: developing comprehensive reporting capabilities, including automation of reports leveraging Tableau, AI, Teradata, Snowflake, SQL, Salesforce, and ETL; designing and managing against a reporting roadmap, including the execution of project plans; reviewing the results of analyses; identifying areas for improvement in an analysis or additional data that should be investigated and ensuring team members execute accordingly; identifying the need for business intelligence in different areas of the business and assigning team members to gather and analyze the data;
and partnering with leadership to ensure an in-depth understanding of requirements and performance levers (KPIs) for each analysis.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $122,470.00 to $145,700.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
