Your future duties and responsibilities:

o Project manage timelines and delivery of internal communications on multiple digital platforms (e.g., email distribution tool, Teams, SharePoint)
o Write and edit communications for distribution to targeted and all-member audiences
o Follow internal review routing process and copy editing for email content for assigned communication projects
o Execute production of email, including basic HTML development and dissemination
o Develop simple graphics and edit photos/images; partner with internal matrixed resources on more complex graphics and other creative content
o Segment email communications into various audiences, including developing weekly rosters to be used for targeted communications
o Manage quality control processes (e.g., brand adherence, accurate information) for all communications
o Provide editorial feedback to colleagues, ranging from Internal Communications team members to internal clients
o Develop regular reports to track key metrics across digital platforms and communicate performance to key stakeholders
o Monitor and manage communication requests received through communications mailbox/request tool, answering simple questions/requests or routing as appropriate to Communications Director
o Provide logistics and content support for internal events. Develop “light” internal communications plans for internal clients, with review by Internal Comms team and others
o Plan and manage under a tight deadline with the ability to multitask and be flexible and effective in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

o Bachelors degree plus 3-5 years of direct communications experience
o Familiarity with digital trends, strategy, and best practices and out-of-the-box mindset to propose innovative and experiential digital best practices
o Strong capabilities working with digital platforms (Poppulo, Sociabble), including website CMS and e-newsletters
o Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict and build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization, across all levels of personnel (including cross-cultural teams) and stakeholders
o Proven skills in reviewing/editing communications written by other team members and providing thoughtful, helpful feedback
o Capable of working independently, pitching ideas, setting and following deadlines, and project management
o Seasoned confidence in partnering with, presenting to, writing and editing for senior management and diverse audiences
o Deep curiosity to learn about new trends and how to do things better
o Some working knowledge of image/video editing software and digital creative tools, preferably Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
o Minimum of 2 years professional digital communications experience, including email communication, with a proven record of success.
o BA/BS in Journalism, Communications, English or other related field
o Detail oriented

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $52,400-$127,700.
