This is a part time summer position working up to 30 hours per week as needed.
Position starting 6/12/2023 and ending 9/8/2023)
This position will be based at Irrigon MEC and Umatilla High School
Salary: $13.20 per hour
SUMMARY
Individual will assist Intermountain Technology Department staff with basic helpdesk and entry level type duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under the direction of IT staff, assist with a variety of computer hardware, software, and related peripheral equipment tasks.
- Run errands for employees as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively both in person and on the phone.
- Maintain confidentiality of necessary documents or situations.
- Move objects of all sizes, and if too heavy to lift, find alternate means of transportation.
- rooms for meetings, including table setup, refreshment service, cleanup, etc
- Perform other reasonable duties that Supervisor may from time to time assign to meet demands placed on the organization.
- Comply with ESD performance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are a brief representation of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Individual will have a valid driver license and reliable insured transportation for required travel for UM-ESD business.
