Walmart GoLocal is a recently launched business at Walmart that offers highly competitive local commerce solutions to retailers, brands and SMBs of all sizes and scale. Our core mission is to transform people’s lives by improving proliferation of convenient local commerce services such as local delivery, especially in previously underserved rural and suburban communities.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have experience:
- Developing and nurturing high impact customer partnerships.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency in org wide processes.
- Building playbooks to align with customer milestones: onboarding, kickoff, expansion, retention.
- Managing a book of business independently, striking a balance between autonomy and alignment.
- Conducting business reviews with C-Suite business stakeholders.

- Building playbooks and creative processes using solutions within business areas that reduce costs and meet business goals.
- Identifying customer performance trends; measuring progress and adjusting performance goals accordingly.
- Developing solutions and contingency plans for issues that have been escalated by customers.
- Building and managing cross-functional relationships with key partners within Walmart that power the business forward.
- Leveraging external customer partnerships to drive growth and unlock new opportunities.
- Driving activities and projects that generate revenue, offset operational expenses, mitigate loss and resourcing.
- Applying business measures and analyses to identify improvement opportunities; analyzing and interpreting information by using various analytical methodologies for one or more work streams to improve business efficiency.
- Driving the execution of multiple customer business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, and removing barriers that impact performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in account management/customer success
- 2+ years of negotiation experience
- Experience in Last Mile Delivery or Logistics Preferred
- Salesforce, Slack, Tableau experience
- Experience in a start-up environment or scaling a new business within a larger enterprise
The base salary range for this position is $105,000 – $195,000
