Responsibilities
This leader will oversee the enterprise front-end Error Resolution team. This leader will ensure the timely resolution of issues that populate assigned work queues and extensively leverage data and analytics to identify, trend, and recommend root cause solutions to mitigate rework. This position will lead a team of subject matter experts with deep insight into revenue cycle functions (and interconnectedness across different rev cycle areas) to identify and correct complex registration errors, conduct research and root cause analysis, and identify trends. The leader will be responsible for coalescing and partnering with colleagues across the revenue cycle, operations, and practice to recommend and, where appropriate, deploy root cause solutions that mitigate non-value-added activities. The manager will have a seasoned background in healthcare analytics and reporting. The manager will be responsible for registration error reporting and analytics to provide timely, actionable, data-driven feedback to inform internal and external stakeholders, drive meaningful change, and support continuous improvement. This leader must be a strong communicator who can articulate complex issues into actionable, easy-to-understand solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experience, which includes at least 2 years of relevant financial leadership experience
OR
Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience, which includes at least 2 years of relevant financial leadership experience
OR
In lieu of bachelor’s degree, 12 years’ of relevant experience is required, which includes 2 years of relevant financial leadership may be considered.
Additional Qualifications:
Health care revenue cycle leadership experience preferred. -Relevant certification(s).
