Primary Responsibilities

The Warehouse Replenishment Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material and products within the distribution center.

  • The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience. Employees will also be eligible to receive additional job premiums, weekly incentive pay and be eligible to participate in the Company’s annual incentive program.
  • Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12pm – 8:30pm or until finish.
  • Work in a temperature-controlled environment.
  • $2,000 Referral bonus for the Current Employee and $2,000 for the New Hire: $500 at Day 90, $500 at Day 180, and $1,000 at Day 365

Essential Functions

  • Scan and stock product into pulling locations using RF scanner.
  • Manually cut tops off cases.
  • Inspects product for damages and defects.
  • Match product description with label description. Maintain production standards, while minimizing errors.
  • Transport, via stand-up electric pallet jack.
  • Other duties and special projects as requested.
  • Must maintain good attendance.
  • Maintain safe work practices.
  • Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:

  • One (1) year of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere preferred.
  • Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management.
  • Ability to follow safe working practices, as instructed.
  • Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.

The associate is required to sit. The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, and climb. While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to cooler and freezer temperatures. The associate is also subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm. The associate is also exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the work environment are typically low to moderate.
