Manager III, HR Business Partner (North America) (1st Shift) – Woodridge IL

Overview:

This position will have broad responsibility for HR Business Partnering, Labor and Employee Relations, including the execution of all programs and activities. It is a business-facing role and heavily execution oriented. This position will foster partnerships across the regional organization to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Key areas of focus include: employee and labor relations, employee communications, recruiting, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, safety processes and employment documentation. Acting as an employee champion and change agent, the individual will also support change processes and large scale interventions that support rapid change and ensure that human, financial and information resources are aligned.

Key Results:

  • Provide value-added HR services to attract retain and develop employee talent in support of business initiatives
    • Staff jobs in a timely, cost effective manner with high qualified candidates, consistent with company policies and practices and legal considerations.
    • Identify employee development needs by delivering training processes and other development support; including coaching counselling and mentoring.
  • Responsible for strategizing and implementing business processes to help support various functions of HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage core human resource processes including employment, labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management and workforce planning.
  • Coach, counsel, offer direction and input to managers and employees on company policies and practices, staffing, employee development, HR processes, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensures that HR issues are aligned with company values and goals.
  • Supports the communication and administration company programs and policies.
  • Compiles data, generates and distributes reports as required to support compliance, compensation, system administration and other internal/external reporting requirements. Completes personnel change forms and other day-to-day HR processes.
  • Plans, participates in, and evaluates special projects requiring coordination of activities across departmental and functional lines, to include the responsibility of project leadership over other professional and technical staff.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, human resources management or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experiences:

  • More than 7 years of HR business partner experience
  • Experience with Recruitment and workforce planning

The typical salary range for this position is: $111,034 – $120,000.

The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, education and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.
