PRN Clinical Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates on-site systems administration and support activities.
  • Interacts with end-users as required to assist in problem definition and system design.
  • Coordinates and conducts education and end-user training programs to assure systems are utilized as designed.
  • Develops end-user documentation or a permanent reference for clear, concise information.

  • Assists with system build, data validation and system testing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and demonstrated leadership skills required.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.

Languages:

Certifications:

  • Experience typically supported by license in a medically related field.
  • Technical certification may be required.
  • For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.

Complexity of Work:

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills are required.
  • Excellent at problem solving and relationship building.

Work Experience:

  • Five years of hospital or major medical center clinical experience or three years of recent experience implementing and supporting a major clinical information system.
  • Additional relevant years of experience may offset Bachelor’s Degree.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

As a PRN Clinical Analyst, you will:
• Manage projects.
• Participate in feasibility studies, estimating, planning, design, development, quality assurance, prototyping, implementation, evaluation and modification of automated systems.
• Define training requirements for end-users and project team members.
• Recommend automated and manual solutions to enhance system functionality.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $33.46

Maximum hourly: $51.03
