- Pay Range: $118,000 to $148,000

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
Position Summary:
The Category Manager is responsible for building the size and value of our customers’ beverage business as beverage consultants, delivering key insights and solutions to better meet the needs of evolving shoppers.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Category Strategy – Influence and guide retailers’ beverage strategies through:
- Building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external customers.
- Identifying key business opportunities through collaborative business planning.
- Identifying relevant insights, leveraging industry knowledge to advance the Non-Alcoholic Ready-To-Drink Beverage category strategy and solutions.
- Space and Assortment:
- Partners with key internal customers and retailers to build an effective space and assortment strategy.
- Viewed by retailers as a subject matter expert in space & assortment.
- Leverage retailer relationship to gain fair share or more space.
- Feature Performance and Pricing:
- Leverage a deep understanding of how retail customers make money to develop category pricing solutions.
- Strategically advise retail customers and support the development of pricing solutions at retail.
- Use data and insights to identify gaps & opportunities in feature and retail pricing execution.
- Merchandising Solutions:
- Partner with internal teams to connect retail merchandising strategy to consumer purchase behavior.
- Develop break through merchandising solutions.
- Strategically advise retailers on category merchandising solutions that benefit shoppers.
- Lead and deploy training, communication and change management to imbed Category Management disciplines across business teams/functions.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
