Position Details
As a Human Resource Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted expert in the delivery of human resource programs and services to help the organization be its best, partnering with employees and supervisors to provide great human resource service to the organization. Burnsville’s Human Resource Department is a team of talented individuals who supports and serves our employees throughout their entire lifecycle and aligns organizational needs and values to our people processes and systems. As a department, their objective is to take care of the employees, so the employees can focus on taking care of our community.
This role is non-exempt and has a starting wage of $33.51/hr. This position is open until filled. A first review of applications will take place on Wednesday, June 7.

What you’ll bring to help you be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field.
- Three years of work experience in human resources.
- A background or interest in local government work serving the community.
- An interest in developing what you do best and a commitment to valuing each colleague for their unique perspectives.
