Responsibilities:
- Completes departmental projects and ongoing application support.
- Assists with scope and task plan development.
- Provides input to resource requirement development.
- Supports development of information system requirements.
- Develops process flow charts and reports on project status.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Certifications:
- Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred.
- For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.
Complexity of Work:
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience in information technology dealing with applications development and support, or end user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position .
- Offset: High School diploma/GED and five years of experience.
- Offset: Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in VMware
- NetApp storage experience
- Red Hat Linux administration (primarily Linux/Unix commands)
- MS SQL database experience (scripting)
- Slurm Workload Manager (scheduling)
- Computer networking (vlans, virtual switches)
- Bright Cluster manager
- Jupyter notebook
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
- In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

We are looking for a Systems Analyst II to join our team of devoted caregivers. You will be the primary point contact representing the face of our Information Technology Division (ITD) and have a daily understanding of how clinical and business institutes interact with regional hospital leadership and operations. Your primary duties will include:
– Being primary point contact for incident and service request management, process, and escalation.
– Intaking ITD business analyst efforts and workflow scope, goals, prioritization, and value statement.
– Partnering with other shared services areas for standard operation procedures and incidents and requests.
– Understanding how Clinical Institutes and Share Services map to the regional hospitals and regional hospitals map back to the Institutes and Shared services areas.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $30.41
Maximum hourly: $46.38
