Responsibilities:
- Manages marketing functions and coordinates interdepartmental marketing programs sponsored by clinical areas.
- Develops and monitors annual budget.
- Participates in marketing management meetings, task forces and groups.
- Serves as liaison and consultant between Clinical areas, Marketing areas and other related Foundation initiatives in the implementation of organizational marketing objectives.
- Coordinates formatting, placement and design of advertisements, brochures and magazines.
- Utilizes Clinical business goals to develop publications, newsletters, Internet content, conferences, presentations, recruitment activities, community activities and international materials.
- Coordinates and analyzes market research data.
- Analyzes problems related to the perception of patient satisfaction and quality improvement; gathers related data, recommends solutions and evaluates results.
- Collaborates with staff to resolve specific satisfaction issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing research techniques; problem solving, sampling procedures, data collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation.
- Thorough understanding of business management; statistics, program evaluation, implementation and analysis.
Certifications:
- None required.

- Must be able to work in a stressful and collaborative environment.
Work Experience:
- Five years of related marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-7 years Advertising experience at an agency or brand
- Overseeing the design and content of an advertising campaign to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience
- Collaborating with clients or leadership to determine the goals of advertising projects and strategizing plans to meet those goals
- Running campaigns to introduce prospective patients to new appointment offerings and build brand awareness
- Consistently managing and overseeing advertising campaigns to ensure they’re engaging customers and bringing in results
- Analyzing results from each campaign to determine what was successful and what to improve for the next campaign
- Leading brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, including content and design elements
- Knowledge of philanthropy/fundraising experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
- In some locations, ability to move up to 15 lbs.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
