Sr Integrated Mktg Campaign Mgr, Special Projects

Amazon is looking for an Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager to join an exciting, mission-driven team. As part of this team, you will be able to build a launch marketing program from the ground up, working in an agile startup atmosphere.

About You:

You’re an experienced integrated marketer who connects the dots and moves quickly. In this role you will help execute a 360 launch campaign for a new product – establishing processes, workflows and reporting to ensure everything is completed on time and on budget. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with external agencies, Creative, Social, Product and Finance – acting as the main point of contact for everything from asset delivery to timeline management.

About the Role:

Campaign Managers are counted on to provide the structure, discipline and momentum to deliver campaigns on target per campaign objectives. The role is the advocate of campaign process and the predictor of hiccups before they happen. The Campaign Manager should be the best dot-connector, keeping stakeholders regularly in the loop. Seasoned in conflict resolution and inspirers of team collaboration, The Campaign Manager thinks across the entire customer journey to ensure every angle is covered, as efficiently as possible.

Key job responsibilities
• Overall health of 360° launch campaign and ongoing marketing programming including timeline management and oversight of the creative production budget.
• Align the strategy, creative, social and media leads/agencies towards common objectives and shared timelines
• Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, Marketing Managers, Producers, and Finance to ensure the full creative asset budget is strategically allocated and managed throughout the lifecycle of a campaign.
• Work proactively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements and to ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the marketing plan.
• Act as the main point of contact with internal and external partners to ensure deadlines are met, including – as necessary – the strategic allocation of resources, rate negotiations with external partners, and oversight of the development of video, digital, print and event/experiential creative assets.
• Present to leadership on a weekly basis
• Ability to anticipate & mitigate problems as they arise while ensuring updates on progress, relevant delays and budget implications are communicated to stakeholders.
• Inventing and Simplifying processes and system tooling to support efficient collaboration across teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 8+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
  • 8+ years of experience in driving performance focused marketing programs.
  • Proven track record of successfully using marketing metrics to drive business decisions
  • Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel marketing programs end-to-end

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
