This position is located at Vandenberg SFB, CA.
This position is not eligible for a telecommuting schedule. Tasks for this position must be performed largely on-site, but later assignments may be performed remotely.
Essential Functions
- Ensure accuracy of Western Range Systems technical libraries.
- Manage paper and electronic technical order (TO) libraries as the Technical Order Distribution Officer (TODO) using Windchill and the Air Force Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS).
- Set up and manage eTools IAW TO 00-5-1 with applicable supplements and TO 31S5-4ETOOL-1.
- Train Technical Order Distribution Account (TODA) personnel.
- Oversee and execute the annual technical library audit process and schedule.
- Maintain, modify, and ensure accuracy of computer-based records and reports.
- Process department documentation including procedures, checklists, and forms.
- Support data collection and root cause analysis of specific issues when assigned.
- Manipulate, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data using Access and Excel
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience
- Associates degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-2 years related business experience.
- Experience preparing oral and written correspondence and reports.
- Experience assisting or training staff with routine requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
- Experience with Microsoft Word document templates, styles, and editing is desired.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, graphing, tables, pivot tables, calculations, and automation to efficiently process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks is desired.
- Experience using Air Force Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS) and/or Windchill to accomplish TODO requirements is desired.
- Knowledge of all phases of TO management including TO maintenance, page counts and binder maintenance is desired.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Occasional travel to off base locations (Pillar Point AFS and Point Mugu)
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours, or on weekends, to support specific project or mission requirements.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License

The salary range for this role is $64,480 – $81,064; however, RGNext considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
