We are looking for a talented and competitive Market Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This Market Sales Representative opportunity gives you the ability to make an immediate impact while enjoying what you do and who you work with. Our team has a great sense of pride and is ready to welcome you to the LiveOak Fiber family. This position located in Niceville, FL or Brunswick, GA. Relocation assistance is available.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- In-bound new sales opportunities generated through marketing leads
- Listen and understand customer needs and requirements
- Present our solutions to the customer if it fits their needs
- Answer customer questions about our service, pricing, etc.
- Close sales opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Stay informed about competing products and services
- Cold calling/outbound leads
- Occasionally attend community events
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Track record of achieving or over-achieving sales targets
- Strong listening and communication skills on the phone and/or web chat
- Skilled in persuasion and influencing skills
- Effective objection handling skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Effective customer service skills that build trust
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Appetite for learning
- Attention to detail and strong follow through
- Flexibility/Agility- As a start up, we have constant change, must be willing to pivot when needed
Basic Qualifications & Competencies
- 2+ years of proven Sales experience
- Familiarity with consulting selling and sales skills in general
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications & Competencies
- 3-5 years telesales or telecom Sales experience
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories

Compensation
- Up to $65,000 per year base compensation with target compensation of $130,000
