Responsibilities
Peraton has an opportuniity for a Battle Rhythm Manager/Planner. The preferred candidate will have broad knowledge of the organization and functions of a Joint/ Allied Staff and will:
- Support the CNFK Knowledge Management (KM) program with development and management of the CNFK Battle Rhythm.
- Update CNFK Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells and Working Groups (B2C2WG) portal sites on three networks (NIPR, SIPR, CENTRIXS-K)
- Coordinate and manage the CNFK staff calendar in conjunction with N3.
- Coordinate and prepare CNFK Decision Boards and Battle Rhythm events, provide meeting support, and develop outputs.
- Work closely with each CNFK staff directorate to collect and consolidate CNFK KM requirements.
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on topic prioritization based on CNFK and higher headquarter directives.
- Provide Battle Rhythm support during Combined/Joint exercises and contingency operations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., communications, political science, information systems management). BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
- Minimum three years’ experience in a joint-level DoD environment or at least 5 years’ experience working plans and scheduling in a DoD Army or Navy operations department (G3 or N3).
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills to interact with senior military personnel, up to and including flag officers.
- Knowledge of CNFK as well as UNC/CFC/USFK organizational structure and general military operations
- Proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint
- US citizenship required
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Ability to obtain U.S. Forces Korea 700-19 Invited Contractor status and ROK/US Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Field grade officer or senior NCO staff experience, or equivalent
- Four or more years’ experience specific to the Korean Theater of Operations environment
- Prior experience supporting General Officer-level staff operations.
- Security+ certification
- Some Korean language proficiency is desired.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 – $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
