Service Support Representative
Altec AIR is currently looking for a Service Support Representative to provide support to our Sales, Finance and Production teams at our Broomfield, Colorado location. This position encompasses multiple cross functional business responsibilities with an emphasis on administrative data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Performs specific customer requirements for our sales orders and service repair orders
- Confers with our customers regarding part orders and service needs
- Administrative support to our Finance and Production department
- Resolves problems with strong analytical and administrative abilities
- Responsible for incoming calls
- Communicate via phone calls, emailing and MS Teams
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Data entry into multiple systems
- Scanning and electronic filing
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Backup for Accounts Payable/Receivables
- Prepare and distribute manuals for equipment
Salary range starting at $$41,965 annually and up (wage may be adjusted commersurate upon work experience).
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted
- High School Diploma or GED required and
- Two years of experience in industry-related field required (i.e., Customer Service with manufactured products or product services; Administrative support role, or accounting role) or in a similar job function
Or
- Bachelor’s Degree and
- One year of experience in industry-related field preferred (i.e., Customer Service with manufactured products or product services; Administrative support role, or accounting role) or in a similar job function
- Must have demonstrated experience of providing high levels of customer support
- Strong Computer Skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated Problem Solving Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid team player with a collaborative nature
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple transactions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
