Job Description
Summary:
The Sr. eCommerce Analyst, will support the UP&E strategic initiatives by providing on-going reporting and analysis leveraging Sales and Market Intelligence data to provide transparency and optimize eCommerce platforms. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting Retail Analytics by generating standard deliverables, providing insights, and maintaining data integrity. The eCommerce Analyst will actively engage with key stakeholders across departments which include but not limited to: retail sales, category, finance and IT to partner on delivering timely, accurate insights and ensuring tools, processes and reporting is optimized.
This role will report to the Director North America Retail and Business Analytics.
Responsibilities include:
- Create regular user-friendly reports with relevant KPIs that monitor and drive business decisions which include but not limited to:
- POS reports by retailers and channel i.e. Online, curbside pick, DTC
- Digital Consumer – Leverage Sales and syndicated intelligence to identify trends and competitive happenings
- Ad Hoc Analysis
- Weekly senior management reports
- Responsible for partnering with key accounts and providing analytical support:
- Amazon.com, Wal Mart, Target, Kohls
- Assist on data requirements for key initiatives: Studio Swings, JBP, LRP, Budget and Forecast
- Present data gathered in an executive summary or presentation to leaders and provide insights or feedback
- Ensure data accuracy/integrity is constantly maintained via weekly data acquisition, processing, cleansing and auditing
- Collects and manages the data capture processes for UPCs/ASINs for delivering accurate and timely updates by establishing relationships with category teams and key licensees to facilitate a more expeditious process
- Partner with IT to ensure business needs are being met with properly maintained data architect/mapping for smooth information flows
- Maintains an understanding of key retailer systems: Amazon.com, Walmart, and Target for current ETL processes, as well as, capturing historical refresh as needed
- Partner with Finance to ensure visibility into current ‘active’ Licensees
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business Analysis, Business, Economics, or equivalent
- 4+ years of Retail Analytics experience
- Understanding of eCommerce trends and best practices
- Comfortable transforming large disparate data sets into meaningful easily digestible insights for Executive leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

Salary range: $75,000 – $95,000
