Sock Club is looking for a Manager – B2B E-Commerce to help us take our SEM/SEO, PPC, paid social, and programmatic strategy to the next level. This is a unique position primarily focused on B2B (custom.sockclub.com). Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for the B2B e-commerce platform.
- Analyze and recommend strategies to drive profitability, increase visitors, improve conversion rates, and manage margin performance.
- Oversee customer experience, including design, content, navigation, branding, and digital marketing.
- Manage e-commerce marketing channels, including Google, social media, search, affiliates, and influencers.
- Monitor SEO performance and implement new strategies.
- Direct and manage internal and external partner teams.
- Provide expertise on e-commerce best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate e-commerce principles.
- Track and measure ROI and KPIs.
- Identify new opportunities for e-commerce growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting test results (strong understanding of Excel/Google Sheets required, Looker Studio a plus)
- Proven business judgment and decision-making skills.
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technologies and tactics.
- Ability to interpret data and implement new strategies.
- Experience in developing and growing digital B2B brands.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, AI-assisted search, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (knowledge of Hubspot a plus)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
