Procurement Manager will be joining our Finance-Corporate Procurement team and their mission is to establish strategic thinking in all procurement efforts, resulting in responsible stewardship of company resources, customer-focused services, innovative suppliers, streamlining of business processes while maintaining company compliance, with a sustainability and diversity focus. In this role, you will drive efficiency and effectiveness, deliver operational excellence, reduce costs, drive business profitability, and mitigate Company’s risk in third party relationships associated with the purchases. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven leader with expert-level knowledge in Category Management, Strategic sourcing, Supplier & Contract management. The target salary range for this position is $82,300 – $118,500, based on location and experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Lead the activities of a team of buyers to accomplish company objectives. Manage activities related to the procurement of large item fixed asset acquisitions (i.e. PCs, laptops, servers, vehicles, copiers, and postage equipment). Manage lease assessments, acquisitions, and terminations (equipment). Negotiate major contracts.
• Review and approves company purchases.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for the operation of procurement activities.
• Administer corporate systems for financial and contractual purposes with a focus on processes and workflow operation.
• Manage P2P solution and ERP Platforms.
• Prepare and review spend analytics.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the sourcing, procurement, or supply chain field.
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in any of the following roles: team lead, supervisor, or staff manager.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in management of key elements of a Procure-To-Pay (P2P) process.
• High competence with spend and data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding cross-functional team collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• Experience with implementation of the modernized P2P solution and ERP platform.
• Skilled in Change Management.
• Experience in ServiceNow and Salesforce/Conga Contract Lifecycle Management or similar systems administration.
• Experience working in agile methodologies.
