RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer the phone.
- Greet customers at the front desk (find out the purpose of the visit, retail or commercial)
- Accept and process credit card payments at the counter and over the phone
- Process over the counter sales.
- Mail – open, stamp photocopy and distribute
- Assist with the sales process, including work orders, job logs, COD management.
- Pre- and post- install client follow up and communication
- Maintain Price List Files
- Maintain organizational processes both manual and electronic.
- Assist with company event coordination
- Schedule Lunch and Learns with vendors for Floors Etc. employees
- General office duties
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES NECESSARY:
- 2-3 years relevant office front desk experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Multiline Phone
- Microsoft Office
