Global Director of AD Ops, Data and Measurement
The RoleAs a Global Director of Ad Operations, you will be a key member of a fast-moving leadership team and reporting to the Global Head of Ad Operations, Data Integrity and Measurement. We are seeking a confident ad operations leader with a passion for driving scale, transformation, organizational effectiveness, standardization using dynamic leadership, data driven problem solving and process improvement methodologies. This role is for those seeking a highly visible leadership position that will influence strategic projects and support ad operations, measurement and data integrity goals for GroupM Services.
Some of the things we would like you to do:
- Lead the documentation of best practices across the Ad Ops community with a focus on improving acceptance, quality and scalability.
- Evangelize Ad Ops Community across both global and local technical communities by building relationships with key agency stakeholders, client teams and practitioners.
- Model business initiatives with insights into agency standards, clients satisfaction and industry benchmarks across the group.
- Contribute to industry leading Points of View on Ad Operations, Data Integrity and Measurement
- Support Global lead on global workstreams, new business RFI’s, project management and communications.
- Support development of compliance dashboards to ensure agency adherence to best practices and client standards: could be related to compliance (naming conventions, etc), best practice compliance, even a dashboard tracking agency service capability scorecards.
- Support in leading ad tech and vendor RFIs and evaluations. (obviously can be worded much better).
- Support key client technology stakeholders inclusive of understanding and supporting the agencies to execute on their vision, translating it into tangible outcome
A bit about yourself:
- 8 years of experience in an ad operations or governance role with experience in driving transformational projects.
- Have a working knowledge of the adtech and martech space including how an impression flows from delivery through to a reporting engine.
- Experience in strategic project planning and implementation, including business requirement generation.
- Strong Analytical Background and creative problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority for productive collaboration across multiple practices.
- Enjoy learning new things and working with a diverse group of team members across the globe.
- Detail oriented with an ability to communicate complex information in a simplified way to non-technical audiences.
- Nice to have PMP certification.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
