Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Products Analyst/Associate to help Order expand its financial products suite by learning manual processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and supporting the product team’s efforts to automate successful new products. This is a unique opportunity at the forefront of fintech and procurement innovation.
Responsibilities
- Support processes to develop and validate new financing products, payment services, backend automations, policies, and best practices for the Order platform.
- Work with Product to convert validated new products from operational tests into effectively productized features for the Order platform.
- Work cross-functionally with Revenue, Customer Operations, Finance, and Product teams to execute on projects and plans
- Identify opportunities to iterate, optimize, and automate our financial products operationsDevelop and implement short- and long-term solutions that directly impact growth and scale of the payments business
- Track and monitor revenue and efficiency metrics associated with Financial Products to quantify new product impact
- Use your understanding of new finance product structure and revenue streams to clearly and concisely present complex concepts to stakeholders throughout the organization
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Program Management Analyst or other related role. Bonus points for Fintech/Risk/Compliance experience
- Excited to work on hard problems with lots of ambiguity, ready to work on early product development and 0-1
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and project management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and synthesize new information, transforming even the most complex topics into simple and easy to understand documents
- Effective communication, presentation and conflict management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively across multiple projects
- Consistently track and report on progress
- Familiarity with SQL, Metabase, Postman preferred

- The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
