If you are an ambitious, self-driven problem solver who has a mastery of the digital and social landscape, imre has a great opportunity. Our Media team is seeking an Digital Media Manager to assist in the day to day management and execution of imre’s paid advertising programs.

The ideal candidate brings a wealth of agency or client-side experience, and is comfortable managing day-to-day implementation strategies, campaigns, and full-service enterprise social media and integrated digital programs for our clients. You should have familiarity with social and digital ad creation and development, paid social activation, and multi-channel media planning. We are looking for someone who can effectively apply knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs and who is ready to help concept strategic social and digital marketing plans, content development, and procurement and scheduling in multiple social media channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Active daily management of imre’s paid advertising programs from development to execution
  • Manages and optimizes program’s media plans based on performance and trends as well as monthly budget reconciliation
  • Identifying and implementing “+up” opportunities for brands to drive business results
  • Oversee ad development to ensure creative will meet media objectives
  • Develop and optimize audiences to align with business goals
  • An eye for detail to ensure campaigns launch following best practices
  • Work closely with Analytics team to develop quarterly and/or monthly client reports
  • Manage internal and external communications, continuously communicating with Project Management and Account teams to ensure client expectations are met

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, ideally within search, social, and programmatic channels
  • Pharma/Healthcare experience is heavily preferred
  • Understanding of various measurement and testing models to prove out the success of campaigns above in-channel performance
  • Experience with commonly used ad serving (including Video and Rich Media) platform technologies
  • Familiarity with social and digital content ideation and development, paid social activation, influencer campaign management, and multi-channel ecosystem digital planning
  • Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills, with an ability to appropriately match the level of detail to audience and project requirements to move projects forward productively and efficiently
  • Social certifications preferred

Salary Range – $80,000 – $105,000
*based on your qualifications and geographic location.
