THE OPPORTUNITY

Analytics Manager, EV Campaign Insights
GTB is looking for a smart, digital media-savvy analytics manager, who possesses an innate curiosity and collaborative nature. This person will be a critical part of the analytics team focusing on Campaign Insights and Optimizations for a Fortune 50 organization. The Analytics Manager will be the primary lead working in conjunction with cross-functional teams to improve digital marketing campaign performance; holistically analyzing paid, owned, and earned channels and content. This lead will be able to craft a story across tiers, tying together media and site data and insights, and communicating performance for key agency and client partners.

In this role you will…

  • Use your analytically creative skillset to help GTB evolve how we work and deliver competitive advantage to our clients.
  • Work across a variety of areas: Strategy, Media, Advertising Operations, and Data Management and More
  • Create new analyses, dashboards, and/or tools that deliver insights that enable the business partners to further their objectives.
  • Provide counsel to various disciplines (Strategy, Account, Creative, Technology, Production) and clients on employing statistical analysis to improve marketing results and maximize profits of client customer bases. Define business logic to drive marketing campaign design, and eventually, an on-going learning discipline focused on continual learning and improvement.
  • Work with internal team and various partners to ensure tracking for media and site measurement needs.
  • Identify data definition and quality issues and help provide appropriate resolution; Utilizes preliminary and final reports to optimize future marketing initiatives; Be able to create a concise theme and story in analytic deliverables when necessary; Improve upon existing project deliverables to allow for more efficient and timely delivery to clients.
  • Ongoing analysis of initiative performance; provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Help evolve measurement methodologies and technologies.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing of best practices and conclusions from market analysis or tool and measurement discovery to the analytics group and other team members.
  • Mentor on expertise and knowledge gained on data and/or channels to educate the broader organization and clients.

You Have

  • Preferred degree: Economics, marketing, advertising, mathematics, management, or social sciences preferred. Advanced degree in a technical area a plus
  • 3+ years of work experience in a business environment
  • 3+ years working in applied marketing analytics and/or research with Digital marketing experience.
  • Highly Proficient with website, email and/or digital media analytics reporting suites (Adobe, Google Analytics, Responsys, DoubleClick, Pointroll, etc.); Experience with Digital Ad Technology (Ad Servers, DSP, Bid Management Platforms) a plus within Digital Media team
  • Automotive experience a plus, EV experience highly desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including pivot tables.
  • Power BI is a bonus.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects at various stages of completion.
  • Perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in driving innovation in previous roles.
  • There is no relocation assistance for this role.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
