The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Engineering Tech Specialist (Staffing Baselines) to support Boeing Global Services in Hazelwood, MO. As an Engineering Tech Specialist, you will have the responsibility of developing operations and optimizing the GTE’s workforce strategy . You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders, finance, program management, and HR to identify and implement a portfolio of process enhancements. In addition, you will be expected to educate business stakeholders and product teams on newly established processes and procedures .
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop overhead pool strategy, operation, and performance measurement baselines
- Lead annual evaluation of opportunities, develops resource forecasts, and coordinate long range business plans.
- Manage development of intake tools and decision models.
- Identify metrics and KPIs to track operational and financial performance
- Makes recommendations on budget forecast using financial and business knowledge and experience
- Compile data from multiple sources and develops performance reports”
This is a hybrid position that allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5 or more year’s related work experience on an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Project or Portfolio Management
- Experience with Budgets or Long Range Business Plans
- Experience with Facilitation or Training
Typical Education/ Experience:
(Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).
(Level 5)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years’ related work experience, 19 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $102,000- $138,000
Summary Pay Range (Level 5): $119,850- $162,150
