Are you passionate about serving others? Do you have an unwavering commitment to customers and partners? Our International Retail Operations team is seeking to hire a Program Manager to lead work in support of the 20,000 stores (and growing), in 84 countries around the world.

As an International Retail Operations Program Manager, you will lead the operational tracks of work for The International Starbucks Digital Solutions (SDS) program, technology initiatives, and retail inventory management projects. This role directly supports Asia Pacific (AP), Latin America and Caribbean (LAC), Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Regional offices, and the Japan market. You will be responsible to identify and create strategies, plans, and solutions that deliver the SDS roadmap. You will sit on the SDS leadership team and will set direction and provide guidance to working teams. This role requires flexible work hours.

As an International Program Manager, you will…
Lead and support long-term strategies. As the primary operations partner for SDS you will lead the international SDS operations strategy in partnership with the regional operations stakeholders. You will support technology and business teams priorities.
Be the primary operations SDS point of contact. You will Facilitate discussion and alignment, as the communicator between enterprise functional teams, international regional and market teams on all SDS, technology and inventory related matters. This includes streamlining requests, coordinating communications, sharing plans, and providing dedicated expertise that will support regional and market teams, create consistency, and ensure the right problems are being solved that impact profitability.
Consult, collaborate and provide a level of subject matter expertise (SME) across international with a deep understanding of business analysis & problem solving, teaching & training others, and operations. You will work with business leaders, stakeholders, and functional teams to identify problem areas, conduct analysis with potential solutions, remove roadblocks and escalate as needed. You will consult with stakeholders and influence leaders on what direction to take along with strategies and plans to improve performance. You will consult with teams on business requirements for Starbucks Digital Solutions.
Identify and understands international market nuances and how to navigate a complex and matrixed business environment. Working closely with international regional teams to balance a consistent approach while meeting market needs.
Ensure program guardianship, adjusts priorities to meet business needs and bring in the right people at the right time to align, inform or consult. Monitor program/project progress and solve problems that arise. Make sure all teams working on a problem, program, or project know the business goal and objective, and work towards accomplishing the goal
Lead multiple priorities across multiple international markets and will be responsible for developing, updating, and delivering international SDS and inventory materials. You will build acumen across key international market functions and regional teams.
