ENGIE North America is seeking a Marketing Project Management Professional II for the Energy Solutions team. In this role, you will direct and monitor the flow of projects and resources through the marketing team. This position will be focused on project intake and management, creating and overseeing schedules, and ensuring timely deliverables. Must be adept at traditional project management responsibilities, including writing briefs and developing scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, creating timelines, and managing client and internal communications. Project work entails web, video, webcasts, podcasts, collateral, social media, email, and advertising campaigns. To be successful as a marketing project manager, you should have strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Additional responsibilities include providing support on media planning, budget tracking, and the payment of invoices.
This position can sit in Oakland, CA TX and will report to the Director of Strategic Marketing . This role is open to a hybrid scheduled of both in-office and work-from-home days.
What you’ll do:
- Work with the marketing director to create a marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement campaigns
- Collaborate with creative team to kick off projects, ensure all requirements are met, and prioritize deadlines and deliverables
- Manage the implementation of a content and media plans, oversee the project schedule and create weekly status reports
- Supervise campaign budgets and ensuring that all staff adheres to them
- Interact with internal and external media partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan
- Work alongside the Marketing Digital Analyst II to refine campaign results and recommend plans to ensure campaign effectiveness and optimize results
- Managing invoices, submitting for payment and budget tracking
What you bring:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the project management field for an agency or on a creative team
- Solid project management experience and knowledge of best practices
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- The ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across various internal clients
- Strong working knowledge of digital media and social media creative
- Great communication, people, leadership, organizational, and project/time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

- Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors
