Senior Analyst – Community Solar Origination

The Senior Analyst – Community Solar Origination is responsible for ongoing support and management of partner and client relationships. This individual works together with ENGIE Distributed Solar and Storage’s internal business units to compile the information needed to track, report, and monitor partner performance. An ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills with the ability to multi-task, and manage priorities. This role is anticipated to learn and manage all internal processes relating to Community Solar partner management, contract enforcement, and subscriber management.

This position will report to the Sr. Advisor, Origination and can sit in Chicago or Houston. Remote candidates will be considered.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee, monitor, and measure partner performance on Community Solar projects that are in service
  • Ensure that contractual provisions and invoices with Community Solar partnerships are accurate and enforced
  • Assist as needed with program Disclosure Forms
  • Work closely with the Sr. Advisor of Origination to inform subscription decisions on future Community Solar projects
  • Ensure project allocations and reporting for the Asset Management team are timely and accurate
  • Collaborate across internal teams on handover of subscriber partnerships
  • Develop solid business relationships with ENGIE’s Community Solar partners
  • Proactively seek information to verify that projects remain successfully subscribed

What you bring:

  • A minimum of a four (4) year degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Environmental Science or a related discipline
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in energy industry; preferably in renewable energy
  • Advanced Excel skills including data analytics and visualization
  • Effective communication skills and a high level of attention to detail

  • Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements and handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to use company issued computer and travel to conduct site visits
  • Capable of using proper lifting procedures or equipment usage needed when involved in lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Salary Range: $79,305-$202,540 USD annually
  • Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors
  • In addition to salary, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan
