Call Center Associate – Outbound Sales

Telefluent Communications – Renewal by Andersen is looking for an Outbound Inside Sales Representative. This job is focused on reaching out to prospective customers that visited us and registered to win free windows at a recent event.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING – THE ROLE

    • Setting Appointments via outbound calls, making a minimum of 25 calls per hour.
    • Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality of goals within system guidelines.
    • Handle every prospect and customer, and co-worker with World Class Service
    • Enter data into the system accurately.
    • Call prospects and start up conversations with decision makers using proven methodology.
    • Using methodology and rebuttals to teach the prospective customer the value of having a visit with RbA

WHAT YOU’LL BRING – THE PERSON

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
    • At least 1 year experience in outbound phone sales.
    • Excellent communication and phone skills.
    • A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
    • Desire and ability to work in an incentive driven department.
    • Weekend availability.

$60,000 – $110,000 a year

Base pay of $19/hour plus monthly commissions. Total Comp range $60,000 to $110,000
