Job Summary: MSI, LLC is seeking an Onsite, Part-time Assistant Community Manager for our Windsor, CO office . The purpose of this position is to assist the Community Manager (Manager) with managing the Lakes at Centerra (Associations) as an On-site role and fill in for the Manager when directed by the Manager.

This position is onsite at the Lakes of Centerra (LAK) located in Loveland, CO, and paid on an hourly rate based on a schedule 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with an hour lunch. The hours may be flexible depending on the candidate hired. This may require night and weekend work due to the unique nature of homeowner associations and may require early morning or late evening work from time to time. The Assistant Manager will report to the Manager and Board of Directors for the Lakes of Centerra Association.

Communication:

  1. Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all dealings with homeowners, the Board, employees of the management company, and all other Association contacts, with openness to alternative opinions.
  2. When acting as the face of the LAK, required to promote an environment of ethics, character, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities: Responsible for knowledge of all aspects of the assigned community including:

  • Legal Documents
  • Maintenance Responsibilities
  • Contracts

* Serve as administrative support to the Manager and provide an additional contact for questions and concerns of the Association’s Board of Directors and Homeowners.

* Enhance relationships with the Board of Directors.

* Upon direction from the Manager, assign work orders for routine maintenance and repairs.

* Assist the Manager in meetings with contractors who perform work at the community to answer questions or act as a liaison between the Manager and the contractor.

* Assist the Manager with correspondence for all aspects of Association communication.

* Maintain accurate and current logs to provide documentation for:

  • Covenant Violations
  • Work Orders
  • Architectural Requests

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk; use hands to handle, feel, reach with hands and arms; talk, and hear.

  • Ability to type for 2 to 4 hours per day
  • Ability to walk for 45 to 60 minutes at a time outdoors, which may include walking in adverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to drive an automobile with a valid Drivers’ License, which may include driving at night or in adverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally
