Job description:
In your new role you will:
- Plans and monitors regional marketing communications strategy and initiatives in the region aligned with global Marketing Communications Strategy
- Adapts communication materials to regional needs and deploy it together with defined channel owners in the region
- Deploys digital marketing communications strategy in the region; plans and conducts digital marketing communications activities in the region for products and applications
- Manages regional digital marketing activities and monitors performance to enable business development
- Responsible for all regional Marketing Communications & digital marketing Activities for the Power and Sensor Systems Division
Your Profile:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a related field
- A master’s degree may be advantageous
- A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or in a management role
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- Experience with marketing tools and software
- Experience working in a high-tech environment
- The ability to lead a cross-functional team
- Excellent organization and English communication skills
- Leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills
- Outstanding time-management skills

Wage Range that the Company Expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $121,280.00 Salary per year
Maximum of $166,760.00 Salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
