PRG is looking for a Project Coordinator to help with our FRELO Team! Is that you?

For years, our Forced Relocation (FRELO) group has successfully supported our telecommunication and communication industry clients. Forced Relocation projects throughout the industry have proved to be a thorn in the saddles of all utilities. Our team of specialists has developed an extremely effective system that removes the burden of time for our clients to establish and secure funding from the requesting parties. The FRELO Project Coordinator position will help fill a growing need for focused project work for cable and telecommunications clients in the Forced Relocation (FRELO) areas. It will be focused on continued growth in (FRELO) throughout the nation.

In the office, you’ll be responsible for the following functions:

Responsibilities Include

  • Assist the FRELO Manager with compiling and packaging reimbursable FRELO projects for recovery.
  • Assist with FRELO reporting as needed to provide in-depth analysis of the program’s status, where the success points are, and areas of improvement for PRG to drive revenue better.
  • Work directly with the FRELO Manager to create a FRELO reference library and compile all necessary data for internal use within the database tool.
  • Assist with other departmental administrative duties/functions as needed.
  • Weekly reporting to the FRELO Manager associated with all FRELO field activity and recovery statistics.
  • Interface with clients daily across assigned markets. Some travel may be involved.
  • Navigate specific client systems that their construction teams utilize to track FRELO projects from start to finish.
  • Procure interim invoice agreement signatures from requesting parties at the beginning of the FRELO process to ensure that payment will be forthcoming on all reimbursable projects.
  • Provide weekly reports to management on construction activity
  • Coordinating and scheduling with cross-functional groups
  • Follow-up with city municipalities regarding local laws and franchise requirements

Experience:

  • Preferred experience with contractors and coordinating multi-site projects
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Preferred college degree

Skills and abilities:

  • Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs
  • Impressive ability to organize and prioritize projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing
  • Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands
  • Must be able to walk extensively, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day
