As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.
Job Description
During this exciting internship, you must be willing to work quickly and efficiently while exhibiting exceptional service standards resulting in meaningful interactions with our guests and owners.

As a Public Area Attendant, you will:
- Welcome and respond courteously to our travelers
- Clean public areas around the resort
- Inspect all assigned areas at the beginning and end of each shift
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Requirements

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear. In addition, the employee is occasionally required to taste and smell. The team member frequently is required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Currently enrolled and taking classes at an accredited U.S. College, university, or higher education program
- Poses unrestricted U.S. work authorization for the duration of the program.
