The Learning and Development Coordinator works under supervision of the Sr Director Learning and Development and
is responsible for the scheduling, communication, reporting and support of employee learning and development
engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with the Learning and Development Global program leads to implement programs
- Manage inbound emails through various Learning & Development mailboxes
- Implement in person and virtual learning from administrative planning through to event management- including set up, scheduling, invites (if applicable), securing venues (internal/external), securing facilitators and leaders, updating training materials in conjunction with global curriculum leads, managing external providers, gaining feedback, cost tracking, and reporting
- Track attendance within the Learning Management System and proactively provide program status updates to help flag potential issues and drive participation
- Liaise with facilitators, support prep sessions, and produce virtual sessions
- Support the coordination of on-site delivery
- Support global Learning and Development program leads to update internal sites and ensure all materials are available and up to date
- Source and coordinate all training materials required for all Learning & Development programs
- Work with Finance to process PO’s, invoices and track process flows
- Support the deployment of other learning programs as required
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of administrative experience in Talent Development, Training. HR or related field
- Managing in person events
- Independent and self-driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with people globally
- Ability to develop relationships with key Business Partners
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully navigated change, adopt to new skills
- Strong time management skills
Preferred:
- Associate degree a plus
- Learning Experience platform experience, a plus

Salary: USD 56700.00 – USD 85100.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
