POSITION: DRYWALL AND CEILING TILE INSTALLER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Nail channels or wood furring strips to surfaces to provide mounting for tiles
- Install metal lath where plaster applications will be exposed to weather or water, or for curved or irregular surfaces.
- Ability to lift 80lbs
- MUST WEAR COMMON PROTECTIVE OR SAFETY EQUIPMENT SUCH AS SAFETY SHOES, GLASSES, GLOVES, HEARING PROTECTION, HARD HATS OR SAFETY VEST

Office suite software – Microsoft Office
Spreadsheet software – Microsoft Excel
Word processing software – Microsoft Word
KNOWLEDGE:
Building and Construction – Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads.
Mechanical – Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Mathematics – Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications
Active Listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Operation Monitoring – Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Reading Comprehension – Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
Social Perceptiveness – Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
English Language – Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent
SCHEDULE
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday (Saturdays as needed) Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Transportation: Need own transportation
