Role Overview
The Assistant Manager will support the Store Planning Facilities Manager with the Repair & Maintenance (R&M) of boutiques in North America, as well larger interventions. The Assistant Manager Manager will report directly to the Manager of Store Planning Facilities.
Responsibilities
- Support Facilities Manager in communicating and coordinating with vendors and external/internal partners for all boutique and offices day to day R&M requests and larger upgrade intervention.
- Liase with Store Planning team analyst on all finance matters regarding R&M: monitor PO approval, invoices & payment submission, and track and update budget tools.
- Train boutique staff on new reporting software, Image Ambassador guidelines, cleaning guidelines, etc.
- Periodical market visits to assess maintenance and upkeep of existing boutiques.
- Support construction and VM/Events team in coordinating larger R&M rollouts.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in retail construction, operations or facilities.
- Strong organizational & administrative skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent ability to prioritize, follow-through and multi-task.
- CAD and Adobe Acrobat proficiency preferred.
- Microsoft Office Software proficiency mandatory.
- Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
Expected Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
