Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Pharmacy Call Center Representative.
Position type: Full-time, Contract-to-hire
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
Location: Rochester, NY for up to 6 weeks, then fully remote
This full-time (40-hours per week) position requires employees to train and work on-site in Rochester for up to 6-weeks, prior to transitioning to a fully remote work-from-home environment. Applicants must be available to work weekend hours, day-time hours, and evening hours, 8-hour shifts, 5-days per week. Compensation for this role is $16.50 per hour.
As a Pharmacy Call Center Representative,you will:
- Provide excellent customer service to all inbound and outbound callers.
- Responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls.
- Responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Provide resolution for all concerns and issues in a professional manner.
- Follows processes and procedures to ensure programs requirements are complied with.
- Must be able to follow direction and work cohesively in a team environment to meet customer’s needs.
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3+ years of call center experience
- Customer Service/ Call Center experience within the healthcare industry highly desired
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced with Medicaid/Medicare is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced systems aptitude in order to utilize multiple computer applications and strong computer skills
- Pharmacy experience is a plus
