Responsibilities
Serves as the System Integrator on foreign air defense missiles in support of Integrated Technical Evaluation and Analysis of Multiple Sources projects. Performs technical analyses and integration of key missile technologies (i.e., missile seekers) related to foreign surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems. Have an excellent understanding of all types of missile seekers and operations in the electromagnetic spectrum. Leads the engineering work of planning, operations, and final missile design. Possess understanding of in-depth understanding of foreign missiles system analysis including system operations. May supervise junior staff and schedule work to meet completion dates. Communicates and collaborates effectively and efficiency with other technical government and contractor engineers assigned to the complex project. Works directly with highly technical engineers in other disciplines. Presents findings and recommendations to appropriate groups and helps to determine what actionable steps can be taken based on the findings. May provide work leadership and training to lower level professional and technical staff. May act as internal consultant providing technical guidance on other complex projects. Prepares written, technical reports to management, indicating analytical findings that will be used to support the Intelligence Community.
Qualifications
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- TS/SCI with CIP
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in RF/IR/MMW sensors, guidance and control, and electromagnetics
- Experience with MATLAB or Python
- Desired: Participation in previous ITEAMS effort

Target Salary Range
$86,000 – $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
