SENIOR ANALYST, ANALYTICS

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team, responsible for measurement planning, weekly reporting, media and creative testing/analysis, and competitive research and analysis.

Your Impact:

Utilizing your strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, you will provide data and analytics services to clients. More specifically, you’ll

  • Work with senior level Insights and Analytics staff to develop project timelines and deliverable schedules
  • Analyze media and marketing data to understand what happened, why and what was the impact; build recommendations to improve future initiatives or develop best practices to apply across the portfolio
  • Manipulate, clean and prep large amounts of data for ingestion into databases
  • Use data visualization tool to publish data into meaningful client-facing dashboards
  • Deliver projects while communicating project progress, issues, and deliverables to manager and director
  • Support client calls and bring in extended team members when necessary
  • Establish a strong relationship with day-to-day clients through a demonstration of industry knowledge and a deep understanding of client’s business objectives
  • Develop performance reports that are relevant to the client’s business and their media
  • Research industry trends and facts while sharing expertise to team

Your Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical abilities, quantitative skills, and analytical orientation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field; or equivalent professional work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and/or other web analytics tools
  • Data Visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI, Domo)
  • Strong understanding of metrics, including Media and Quantitative business measures
  • Advanced Excel skills and understanding of Microsoft Access and databases
  • R, SAS, and SQL experience a plus

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
