The Role

The Vendor Enrollment team at Plate IQ reaches out to our client’s vendors and enrolls them in Plate IQ’s payment platform so that they can be electronically paid via enhanced ACH and/or virtual credit cards. Similar to a fulfillment motion, the team is proactively reaching out to vendors, educating them on the benefits of electronic payments, and then enabling the most mutually conducive form of payment.

This role has an OTE of $90,000.

Key Responsibilities

The Vendor Operations Manager will manage a team of career building individuals with enrollment quotas and incentives folding up into the Vendor Ops group goals for transactional revenue. The role will involve distributing target lists, monitoring and managing Salesforce, Salesloft, and Periscope to assess what is working vs. what is not, and setting the team up for success.

You will coordinate internally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure that we are targeting the vendors that can have the greatest impact for our customers.

  • Demonstrated quota success in an incentive based role, either leading as an individual contributor, or leading a team
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, motivational, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to manage a team towards collective goals while hiring, onboarding, and training new hires
  • Documenting native workflows to better communicate our processes within Plate IQ.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and demonstrated ability to monitor sales-type metrics and adjust strategy accordingly based on results. Excel experience with lead management is a plus.
  • A focused customer service mentality to fulfill obligations from internal and external groups with proactive projects as needed.
  • Analytical skills to sift through incoming information with problems, the curiosity to dig for additional data before holistically dictating solutions.
  • Experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) and/or hospitality preferred
