YOUR ROLE
- Join a dynamic Packaging business as our Application Engineering Director responsible for leading a group of customer-facing technical service engineers within our Flexible Packaging market segments. We deliver valued-added solutions and innovation as well as have an exciting opportunity to shape the future of sustainable packaging!
- You influence and execute the Flexible Packaging market strategy in collaboration with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product Development, and other functions.
- You support major market segment initiatives and projects.
- You play a leading role at top Key Accounts, Allied Suppliers, and Industry Associations.
- You are responsible for the growth, development, and management of a team.
- You are able to work in Hybrid model from our Headquarters and Technical Center in Bridgewater NJ or remotely (select locations).
- Your travel is primarily in the US (up to 50%)
YOUR SKILLS
- Leadership, Collaboration, Accountability, Business Acumen
- Bachelors Degree or above in a relevant engineering/scientific discipline is required.
- 15+ years of experience in an engineering, scientific, or technical management role in the Flexible packaging industry working with adhesives, coatings, inks, film, paper, Web converting, and/or OEM
- Lean Six Sigma and/or Project Management certificate preferred
The salary for this role is $138,000 – $200,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
