This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,looking for the next step in their career. As the Head, Atellica SystemsPortfolio Marketing you will be responsible for:
- This “product and solutions champion” is the focalpoint regarding core lab solutions and market knowledge; planning/execution;and achievement of business objectives.
- Leads the implementation of a multi-year product roadmap and market strategies for Core Lab Solution across instruments, services,informatics and automation.
- Responsible for creating global scale efficiencies byworking through different product priorities across the regions to identify aconsistent direction for new products while recognizing regional needs Creatingglobal systems framework that allows for prioritization across the regions.
- Collaborates and provides strategic input with R&Dand commercial leaders to ensure effective and timely development of sales andmarketing strategies for existing and future products
- Gain deep customer insights to serve as Atellica CLSolutions expert on customer targets (laboratorians, hospital administration,reference labs, ministries of health, etc.) building keen insights andunderstanding to contribute to the overall CLS business strategy
- Develops go-to-market strategies & campaigns withdetailed competitive playbooks aligned by portfolio
- Provides the commercial organizations with corepromotional and scientific literature; sales aids; and support materials tohelp them exceed their sales plan. Identifies Core Lab key influencers, and reference sites
- Offer leadership to global commercial organizationsand on-market teams through successful launch
- Participates in strategic planning initiatives such asPMP (Portfolio Management Process) and LRP (Long Rang Plan) to ensureprofitable growth opportunities are supported

Required skills tohave for the success of this role
- 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in varyingspecialties – marketing planning, campaign development and execution,developing compelling sales messaging / materials and training, conductingmarket research, developing product portfolio strategy, and new productdevelopment and new launch initiatives.
- Must have differentiating experiences insales/commercial, marketing, new product development, and new product launchexpertise.
- Must have Core Lab Diagnostics experience.
- Subject matter expertise in automation, IT, serviceand instrumentation preferred.
- Customer knowledge of hospital and reference labenvironments ideal.
- Demonstrated skills in strategic, long-range planningand ability to manage a large direct and indirect marketing organization.
- Demonstrated strength developing marketing talent.
- Demonstratedability to effectively manage across the matrix in the context of a largeglobal company
- Bachelor degree in business; life sciences;engineering or related technical discipline. MBA is preferred
The pay range for this position is $180,000.00-$248,000.00 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (20%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
