Position Title: Associate, Project Manager – Network (P2)

Role
Associate, Project Manager are responsible for managing multiple small to medium projects at one time, with budgetary responsibilities during the implementation lifecycle of a project. Associate, Project Manager lead various internal partners to effectively manage their projects to an on-time and within budget completion. Associate, Project Manager serve as the point of contact for customers on their projects and resolve issues independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans for all assigned small to medium projects with budgetary tracking, including identifying relevant internal teams necessary to provide service, analyzing the project area and specifications to develop a timeframe for all aspects of the project, and developing a budget that will adequately and accurately support each project.
- Modify project plans as needed based on internal and external variables and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the completion of all projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all activities, including contracting, RF design, product/equipment ordering, permitting, regulatory, construction, optimization, close-out, and hand-off to operations are effectively and efficiently coordinated and completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the underlying contract / LSO.
- Ensure that the overall budget of projects will support each project and manage potential risks to projects that could cause budget overruns.
- Manage internal and external project contributors to drive to an on-time and within budget project completion.
- Provide customers with comprehensive job status reports and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Ability to manage internal task level milestones to achieve customer commitments.
- Timely escalate issues that impact project completion or cost to the Regional Manager, Manager, Project Delivery, and customers.
- Manage and coordinate team members in obtaining and maintaining all required documents.
- Ensure that all projects are maintained in the project tracking system with complete accuracy.
- Deal with design issues as they arise (limited lease entitlements, additional ground space needed, easements, etc.).
Expectations
- Knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, asset management, maintenance, and property management
- Knowledge of Public and Private right of way project deployment, site acquisition procedures including regulatory and permitting processes
- Ability to manage and process multiple data streams
- Ability to direct the diagnosis of work flow problems, critical paths and institute remedies
- Ability to read and understand financial metrics and identify remedies to financial issues
- Customer service orientation with a strong problem solving approach
- Strong work ethics and teamwork; can do” attitude and desire to provide excellence.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Knowledge of Enterprise and Wireless service offerings
Education/Certifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Preferred two (2)+ years of project management experience
- Customer-facing project management experience preferred

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
Beginning September 5, 2023 our hybrid work model will be adjusted to 4 days in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
For New York City, Colorado, California and Washington residents – the hiring range offered for this position is $65,520 – $81,000 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of annual salary. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
