What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of product managers providing guidance, mentorship, and direction while rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds when you need to.
  • Develop and enhance products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
  • Work with leaders to construct a vision and strategy for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.
  • Craft and develop solutions to large business challenges – communicate business and customer needs to key partners to implement products and timelines.
  • Drive business plans and projects by identifying the customer and operational needs of the product.
  • Build a team environment by selecting, training, and mentoring.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of your products and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness with participating stakeholders and present to company leadership when needed.

What you’ll bring

  • A passion for merchandising , pricing, machine learning, and user experience.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources (including analytics, user research, operations research, and design) to identify key unmet needs and solutions that can address the needs.
  • A drive for data and analysis to draw insights from current product performance to deliver on key user metrics.
  • The ability to work with a large number of teams to make the vision of the product successful.
  • The ability to translate product strategy into detailed specifications, making functional and user interface design tradeoffs, managing product launches, and owning the product successes post-launch.
  • The ability to present the story about your product and results to a wide range of audiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $126,000.00-$216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications…
